- Refunds, returns, and cancellations

4. Customer Orders
Customers may place orders through Dokandao-powered storefronts. The merchant is responsible for accepting, processing, fulfilling, refunding, or canceling orders.
Dokandao may help facilitate checkout, payment status, order management, and delivery integrations, but the merchant remains responsible for the sale.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Delivery
Dokandao may support payment and delivery integrations through third-party providers.
Merchants are responsible for:
- Setting product prices
- Confirming payment status
- Handling refunds
- Managing delivery
- Resolving disputes with customers
- Complying with payment provider and delivery provider rules
Dokandao is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, payment provider issues, or merchant-customer disputes unless required by law.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Dokandao to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or restricted products
- Commit fraud or deceive customers
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Send spam or abusive messages
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Interfere with Dokandao's systems
- Misuse Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other third-party integrations
- Collect or misuse customer data unlawfully
- Use Dokandao for hateful, violent, exploitative, or harmful activity
Dokandao may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Third-Party Services
Dokandao may connect with third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, authentication providers, social media platforms, and AI service providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Dokandao is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, decisions, or policy changes.
8. Facebook, Instagram, and Social Integrations
Dokandao may allow merchants to connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other social media accounts.
By connecting a social media account, you authorize Dokandao to access and use approved information from that account to provide the requested features. This may include account information, page information, posting tools, or related commerce features.
You are responsible for following the rules and policies of those platforms.
You may disconnect social accounts from Dokandao at any time, where supported, or by contacting us.
9. AI Features
Dokandao may provide AI-powered tools to help merchants create content, manage products, analyze orders, improve marketing, or automate workflows.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before using it.
Dokandao is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
Dokandao may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- You fail to pay required fees, if applicable
- Your activity creates legal, security, fraud, or reputational risk
- You violate third-party platform policies
- We are required to do so by law
You may stop using Dokandao at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
Dokandao owns its platform, software, designs, branding, logos, and related intellectual property.
Merchants keep ownership of the content they upload, such as product images, descriptions, business names, and storefront content. By uploading content, you give Dokandao permission to use it as needed to provide the service.
12. Service Availability
Dokandao aims to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
13. Disclaimer
Dokandao is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dokandao makes no warranties about merchant sales, revenue, customer behavior, delivery results, payment outcomes, or business performance.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dokandao is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from your use of the platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of Dokandao after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
